Pellerin Milnor Corp.’s 36021 C4E is an industrial machine designed for oversized loads and higher vend prices. With a traditional design based on Milnor’s larger washers, the 36021 C4E has a capacity of 80 pounds with a 12.37-foot cylinder volume.
The washers feature the GreenTurn™ formula set. GreenTurn formulas deliver faster turns, decreased total water consumption and lower energy costs, the company reports.
In addition to the more efficient formula set, the washers have an increased extraction speed, 150 Gs. Customers also may select a single-phase electrical option.

Electrolux offers two choices for self-service laundry owners looking for large washers.
The Electrolux Super “S” Models include a 77-pound unit (shown). The 200-G-force coin/card washers feature high-speed extraction, minimize drying time and provide significant electrical and gas savings, the company says.
Self-service laundries benefit from faster throughput (freeing up dryers, folding tables and parking spots), which creates higher profits, according to the company. Customers can even receive a text message (option) notifying them when their wash is done and ready for unloading.
The Automatic Weighing System (AWS) is designed to automatically determine the actual load weight and add precisely the right amount of water, significantly reducing water consumption and energy costs.
The Electrolux High-Spin “H” Models include a 75-pound unit. These soft-mount, 350-G-force, coin/card washers can be installed on wood floors and upper levels and over basements.
These washers are also designed to minimize drying time and provide significant gas savings.
Customers can receive a text message (option) notifying them when their wash is done, and owners can create customers for life with the quick turnaround time, easy-to-use controls and exceptional results, according to Electrolux.

Huebsch
Operators now have another option when it comes to adding a large front loader to their business. Huebsch has recently expanded its product line to include a 125-pound washer-extractor equipped with its most advanced control, the Galaxy 600.
The washer-extractor allows owners to differentiate themselves from the competition by offering customers a unique choice for washing extra-large items such as quilts, sleeping bags and rugs.
In addition, owners looking to offer drop-off service can provide an extra-large-capacity wash designed to handle pounds of linens and towels from restaurants, child-care facilities, spas and health clubs.
